By accessing artemisflowerfarm.com, visiting The Treehouse Collective Farm Stand, enrolling in a workshop, or purchasing goods from Artemis Flower Farm, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Intellectual Property and Content License

All content provided by Artemis Flower Farm—including but not limited to photography, graphic designs, patterns, logos, workshop curriculum, training materials, and website text (collectively, "Content")—is the exclusive property of Artemis Flower Farm and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our Content, including workshop materials and visual branding, without our express prior written permission.

Products and Services

  • Farm Goods: We take pride in the quality of our flowers. However, due to the inherent unpredictability of agriculture and seasonal changes, all products are sold "as-is." We make every effort to display colors and descriptions accurately, but slight variations in size, form, and color will occur.

  • Order Modifications: To ensure efficient processing for our farm operations, once an online order or pre-order is submitted, it cannot be changed, modified, or combined with other orders.

  • Specific Product Policies: Certain agricultural products, including but not limited to our dahlia tubers, are subject to their own specific purchase, shipping, and guarantee policies. Workshop and Education Disclaimers

  • Earnings & Success Disclaimer: Our workshops and educational materials are provided for informational and educational purposes. Because agricultural success and business outcomes depend on numerous factors—including weather, local climate conditions, individual skill, and market fluctuations—we cannot and do not guarantee any specific crop yields, business success, or income level as a result of attending our workshops or utilizing our resources.

  • Cancellations: Workshop registrations represent a commitment of our time and materials. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a refund. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to severe weather or unforeseen farm emergencies, in which case a full refund or credit will be offered.

Purchases and Payments

All prices are listed in US Dollars. Sales made online or via our farm stand kiosk must be completed using the approved digital payment methods (e.g., Credit Card, Apple Pay, Square). By providing payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and fees associated with your purchase.

Assumption of Risk

Visiting a working agricultural property involves inherent risks. By attending workshops or visiting the farm stand, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with an outdoor farm environment, including but not limited to uneven terrain, farm machinery, livestock, and exposure to flora, fauna, and weather elements.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Artemis Flower Farm. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing these links is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all Content and products on the site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Artemis Flower Farm and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, our products, our educational materials, or your presence on our property.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado.
