Learn all about peonies in design: how to harvest them, how to store them, how to work with them in arrangements and bouquets.

For this class, we’ll be working with the queen of spring and early summer: the peony! On our farm, we grow over 800 peony plants, with more in the works, and we’re sure you’ll be delighted by all the varieties we have to offer.

What you’ll experience:

• A walk through the garden as you gather peonies and other flowers that inspire you

• How and when to harvest peonies and how to keep them at their best
